ROPA Rules, 1998 for teaching and non-teaching staffs

Dear friend,
Pls mail the soft copy (scanned copy) of ROPA Rules, 1998 for teaching and non-teaching staffs of aided schools. I am interested to see the provisions under Career Advancement Scheme laid down in ROPA 1998. If possible, also mail the copy of Memo no. 1018-SE/ES(S)/5P-37/2010 dated 01.09.2011 of School Education Deptt.. These documents are essential to claim incremental benefits for Ph.D. degree by secondary school teachers.

I was a regular employee of kvs ( center government ) for 8 years . Now I shift my job to punjab state education board on same post and with prior pemission from previews authority . Would I have benefits of my past service . Kindly tell me the rulings regarding that .... so that I can protect my previous salary and my service period get count in seniority.

I have joined Sub Inspector of Excise on 07-06-2016 in Excise and Prohibition Department, Government of Jharkhand which has payscale of 5200-20200; G Pay 2400. Previously I was employed (Date of Joining 04-03-2002) in Road Construction Department, Government of Jharkhand on the post of Corrospondance Clerk which had pay scale of 5200-20200; G Pay 2400. After 10 years of my previous service I got a MACP in the Pay Scale of 9300-34800; GP-4200. I was then applied for the post of Excise Sub...

Stoppage of 5th Increment

For not completing B. Ed within 5th year annual increment on 1-4-86 was stopped. For completing B. Ed on 27-04-87,increment granted on 28-04-87 as per ropa 81. Could the teacher opted to come to ropa 90 w.e.f 28-04-87 and got increment on 1-04-88.
Pl. clarify with related portion of ropa 1990 & G.O.
Option already given on 01-04-87. Can it be changed now?
